How to Create and Print Your Calendar
Step-by-step instructions to get the best formatting and printing results in any browser.
Select Location & Month
Use the location selector in the top bar to set your state or municipality. Then navigate to the desired month and year in the calendar selector.
Customize Layers & Events
Toggle layers on or off (Federal, State, Municipal, Observances, Moon Phases, Notes). Add custom birthdays, appointments, or deadlines using the custom event input.
Print or Save as PDF
Click Print / Save as PDF. The calendar is pre-formatted for Portrait on a single page with high contrast.
Optimal Print Settings
- • Paper Size: Select US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4.
- • Layout: Formatted for Portrait orientation to fit perfectly on a single sheet.
- • Background Graphics: Enable "Background graphics" in print options to render theme accent borders and colored day dots.
- • Headers & Footers: You can uncheck browser headers and footers (URL and timestamps) for a cleaner printout.
